Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport

Very laid back and nice place with very good workers that help you with whatever you need. There is some construction going on inside, but it’s no big deal. The bar is very close to where you check in and the bartender working there was excellent. Fast and good. They have a “restaurant” there as well, but unless you want chicken fingers or a burger, don’t go there hungry. DoorDash does deliver there from many good places.

Their service was very good and the front desk were very friendly and professional.

Nice hotel by the airport. There are a ton of hotels on a couple of private looping roads off the main boulevard, which has literally TONS of dining options, gas stations, markets etc. Need a car. I also think they may have an airport shuttle but not 100% sure. They also have a service that takes you to the Port Canaveral for a cruise connection advertised right on the lobby desk.

Honestly, this Hilton hotel is where we were scheduled to stay. I confirmed the airport shuttle at booking and when we arrived to the airport prior to our flight. This hotel even made special arrangements for us to have a late check out as the kids and I would not be able to be picked up until 4pm. We were looking forward to staying with them. When we arrived, I called for the shuttle and was told that they "don't pick up at that airport." This was my first time in Florida, and I was traveling with two children. I walked to the rental car places and tried to rent a car, but due to spring break, there were none available. I called the hotel back and the woman told me that she "could cancel the room free of charge" but it was 11pm and I was stranded at the airport with 2 kids. I was very upset and she asked if I wanted her to transfer me to a closer Hilton hotel. I didn't feel that I had any choice. They transferred me to the Hilton Garden Inn LAKE MARY and Franklin answered the phone. He was kind, comforting and very professional. He had a very tired and upset mom and 2 children standing at the curb at the Orlando Sanford airport at 11pm...he apologized for the poor experience I had and for the misinformation. He went out of his way to not only make things right, but sent a shuttle right away. Our shuttle drive was AWESOME! When we got to the hotel, Franklin went out of his way to help us, and to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Once we showered and were in our room, I called to ask for some extra towels, Franklin brought us clean towels and sheets for the pull out bed that my daughter wanted to sleep on. He honestly went out of his way to turn our night around...he truly is an asset to your company and should be commended for his work ethic. In my opinion, it was Franklin who saved us from no longer being Hilton customers...because of him, we will stay at Hilton Hotels again.

Breakfast was good 👍 😋, the lady I meet the night 🌙 I checked in it was wonderful and very helpful 😀
